Arriving on Time

The time we set for your appointment is the time you should arrive to allow for a relaxed, unrushed session. If you arrive late, I may need to make the session a little shorter. If I am late for your appointment and your time is cut short, you will receive another session free of charge.

 

Cancellations

I ask that you give me at least 24 hours notice if you cannot make a scheduled appointment, so that I can fill the opening. If you miss an appointment without giving me 24 hours notice, I will need to charge $15.00 for the inconvenience. If it happens twice, I will charge you for the full cost of the session. Emergencies and sudden illnesses are exceptions, of course.

 

Payment

I accept cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa.

Please speak to me if you are having difficulty paying for the bodywork you need. It's likely we can come to an arrangement that works for both of us, such as payment over time, or bartering for services.
